“ My friends and I went here to catch up and because we were craving Japanese food; this place definitely hit the spot! I think overall our favorite was the crispy rice appetizer and the sashimi plate. The sashimi slices were thick and the fish was fresh. I think I would definitely go back here again for this fish but it is a small space so I wouldn't go with a big group (probably best for groups of 2-4). ”

“ Staff is very welcoming and attentive. They offered open seating. They do have very limited tables, window seating, and sushi bar seating. Once you grab a seat they come over with menus. Their QR code menu offers photos of their menu items. This place is located in a high traffic area of Old Town Pasadena. They seem to be a popular pick for dinner. During my visit this business quickly filled up with guests. They offer a wide variety of dishes to choose from. This is great for those who crave sushi but come with those that want something else. They have many sushi options with cooked fish for those who don't eat raw. Bulgogi Ramen- 7/10 This dish came off a bit sweet for me. It does have a good spice kick but then the last note is sweet. Spicy Tuna Roll- 8/10 Not overly spicy which is perfect for those who don't like a big kick. This roll could have been rolled better. They don't use traditional seasoned sushi rice which made this roll taste like dry regular white rice and tuna. Sun-Kissed Roll- 10/10 This roll does have a kick and is a bit spicier. This roll had a lot of flavor from the seafood and could have been more flavorful with seasoned sushi rice. ”

“ My family ordered the fried calamari, veggie tempera, udon, Gangnam roll, and dragon roll - all of which were delicious. The Gangnam roll had tempura shrimp and spicy tuna inside with salmon on top. SO GOOD! 100% recommend especially if you're looking for a protein-packed meal. Food was ready for pick-up in 10-15 minutes. Basically, after placing the order online, I made my way over to the restaurant and everything was ready. The actual restaurant space is very cozy with nice traditional Korean art on the walls. More of a casual spot for a nice lunch or dinner out. ”

“ Came for lunch on a weekend. Surprisingly it wasn't crowded. We got their chirashi and fish quality was great. My son also enjoyed their udon soup. I also got their bulgogi bento. Beef was alittle too sweet for my taste but overall I think the dining experience was decent. ”

“ We loved their lemon roll and their yellowtail roll. The lemon slices topped a beautiful balance acidity for the richness of the roll, and the jalepeno a nice kick to the yellowtail roll. Both had the house sauce, which had ponzu sauce in it, which we loved. The was a favorite of our 18 month old, and the portion was very generous. We enjoyed the small intimate space of the restaurant, and their hosts and servers were the sweetest. ”

“ We decided to stop by after hearing all the hype and had to check it out for ourselves. I arrived just before the rush and was seated immediately, which was nice. However, the restaurant is quite small and a bit cramped--that's my only complaint. I could hear the conversation of the people behind me the entire time, making it hard to talk to my own family sitting right in front of me. But once the food arrived, the noise and cramped space didn't matter anymore. We ordered the Gangnam roll, shrimp tempura roll, crispy rice, udon noodles, and the bulgogi bento box, which also comes with vegetable tempura and California rolls. Everything was so delicious, even my picky kids devoured it all without leaving a single crumb. As Gen Z would say, this meal truly "ate and left no crumbs. ”

“ Cozy spot no wait largest table seats 6 - more 4 tops and 2 tops. Service was friendly and fast. We got the truffle no rice roll, the sun kissed roll, kids got udon and avocado roll. Was really good - loved the salad which was a mayo ginger mix ”
